Every now and then when I indulge my inner movie junkie I do two things: go to AMC for the film of my choice, and then head over to The Cheesecake Factory for my favorite snack. I’ve had my fair share of chicken croquettes and The Cheesecake Factory has an offering of chicken croquettes that are positively divine. Angels sing when I begin biting into these babies filled with melted buttery fontina and shredded chicken. Listed under ‘Small Plates and Snacks’ on the menu for a mere $4.95, six of these delectable bite size balls arrive at my table in a cute cast-iron rectangular tray and it’s safe to say that once I’ve consumed them, I’d die happy. One day I’ll try to make them at home, but right now I’m quite content with this end to my movie going ritual.
